Review: Horrible people working here. Extremely rude, dishonest, and disrespectful.Watch the weight and look at your receipt. Brought in 120 pounds of alloy wheels and they paid out 12 pounds. I knew something was wrong when he handed me $7. I said, did you forget the wheels? He told me anything under 100lbs was a penny. I was a little confused by his response. I looked at my receipt on my way out and noticed he only paid 12 pounds. Went back in and he was very apologetic, almost overly apologetic. I have to wonder how many times a day or week this happens.There’s a reason the guy at the scale doesn’t tell you the weight, make sure you look for yourself to avoid getting ripped off. They could easily be more transparent but it benefits them not to be. Maybe it was a mistake, maybe it wasn’t. Fact is that every time I go here I have an issue.
